Trerd

Trerd, plural "Trerds", referred to as Triathlon Nerds, or Tri-Nerds.

A rare species of humans who inflict pain upon themselves by means of swimming, cycling and running.

Not to be confused with "turd".

Usage: "STeve is such a trerd, because all he talks about is Swim Bike Run"
