Opponecessity

A situation or moment that arises from challenge, disruption, trauma, or change, which both demands action and offers a unique chance for growth, innovation, or transformation. Unlike ordinary opportunities, an opponecessity cannot be overlooked—it is both a call to adapt and a gateway to possibility.

beloof

Noun: A mistaken personal belief, usually about oneself, that was created during a time of trauma, resulting in self-limiting behavior.
Verb, present tense: beloove. Example: I beloove you just blamed me for what happened.
Verb, past tense: belooved. Example: I belooved my father when he said I would never amount to anything.

When I was three, and my uncle molested me, I created the beloof that I was dirty and to blame.
