A person who is extremely wealthy compared to people living in states located geographically between CA/OR/WA & ME/VT/NY/PA/MA/DE/NC/SC/FL/MD, or the "flyover" states.

When she moved from Michigan her parents bought her a brand new car. It's just a Honda, they're Flyover Loaded.
