declining download death

(n). The frustrating process of having a seemingly fast download sporadically begin to slow its download speed gradually until reaching zero k/b per second. What was once a promising download is now a dead 1/2 song or file that will not move.

Dude I've been trying to download that new Lil Wayne mixtape all day but there's so many people downloading it that it's hard to get a good link. All 10 tries have resulted in declining download deaths. Sucks.
