Dr. J
Julius Erving, a Hall of Fame basketball player. Dr. J played college basketball at UMass and then went to the American Basketball Association where he played for the Virginia Squires and New York Nets. When the ABA and NBA merged, onerous financial conditions placed on the Nets forced them to sell the rights to Dr. J to the Philadelphia 76ers, with whom he had a fantastic career until his retirement in 1987.
Among other feats, in the 1976 ABA All Star Game during the first slam dunk contest Dr. J dunked the ball after leaping from the free throw line.

frumping
Hooking up with a frump. Like hogging, but with a bagger or butterface instead of a fat chick. Making it with an ugly or homely girl; screwing a frumpet.
Virginia Squires
A team that competed in the American Basketball Association. The Squires played home games in Norfolk, Hampton, Richmond, and also a few in Roanoke in their first few years. Hall of Fame players Julius Erving (also known as Dr. J) and George Gervin (also known as the Iceman) played for the Virginia Squires.
The Squires' best seasons were in 1970-1971, when they won the Eastern Division with a 55-29 record and defeated the New York Nets in the Eastern Division Semifinals before losing the Eastern Division Finals 4 games to 2 to the Kentucky Colonels, and 1971-1972, when they finished second in the Eastern Division to the Kentucky Colonels, defeated The Floridians in the Eastern Division Semifinals and then lost the Eastern Division Finals 4 games to 3 to the New York Nets.
When the ABA merged with the NBA in 1976, the Squires, along with other teams like the Kentucky Colonels and Spirits of St. Louis, did not continue in the NBA, even though the Denver Nuggets, San Antonio Spurs, New York Nets and Indiana Pacers did.

The Virginia Squires were a great basketball team to watch in the 1970s, especially when they had future Hall of Famers Dr. J and the Iceman on the court.

frumpadump
To dump a frump after a sexual encounter or an episode of hogging. The method by which a hogger or frumper gets away from a butterface, bagger or Cleveland Brown with whom he has slept or had sex.
Don hooked up with that skinny, ugly girl and went home with her. He got out of that quickly in the morning with a standard frumpadump move. He asked her to get him something to eat, and when she left the room, he climbed out the window and ran away.
