A play on the largely Chinese-American concept of Tiger Mom, a term coined by Yale Law School professor Amy Chua in her 2011 memoir "Battle Hymn of the Tiger Mother". That term draws parallels to strict parenting styles typically enforced throughout households in East Asia, South Asia and Southeast Asia.

A person who presents themselves into the public sphere while maintaining some level of anonymity, by concealing one or more of their distinguishing features (i.e., their likeness, voice, etc.).
YouTubers such as Mister Metokur, Omegon, and Aydin Paladin are examples of privately public figures.
