Plench 

(verb) To clench together one's butt cheeks to prevent a serious accident in their pants.

"Dude, pull the car over. I am plenching and about to soil the seat cover." shouted Brad after Thanksgiving dinner.

Steven tried to plench following his dinner at the Mexican restaurant, but it was to late. The runs started down his leg creating a small puddle on the floor.
