chain check

When someone is wearing some fake-ass cheap necklace/chain that the person doing the checking doesn't think is real. You go up to the wearer and pull on the front of the chain or medallion or what have you on the front to see if it falls off because of the horrible quality.

Ray Ray chain checked Jamal when he walked into the club looking like he had purchased his gold chain from the 25 cent machine.

wicked

Can be used to express the idea of being 'very' something, or, in general, something good.

Originating from Boston, but used quite often in Toronto and probably other parts of the world.

The original Bostonian definition usually makes it out to be tailed with some sort of adjective, but in Toronto, it is regularly used without and rather, sounds downright odd when paired.

Boston usage: "She's wicked hot!"
Toronto usage: "That car is so wicked!"
