In the context of 4chan's /lgbt/ board, inconsequential or false information related to gender transition that tends to become a fixation among board users to the point where many end up unironically believing it. Examples include Ray Blanchard's transsexual typology (AGP vs. HSTS) and differences in bone structure between sexes that is typically not noticeable.

I was about to make a comment about my skull circumference to Alice in the hopes that she would sympathize but remembered that normal trans people don't have brainworms.

A term used to describe someone who is both transmasculine and a femboy.

Kai (an FTFemboy) hated wearing skirts pre-transition, but when he began to pass as male, he started to appreciate them more now that they made him come across as a femboy.

MEF

A term used on 4chan's /lgbt/ board used to refer to masochistic emasculation fetishists, or men who take pleasure in being humiliated by being feminized. See sissy fetishists.

Even though Alice was insecure about her hairline, she refused to wear a wig as she did not want to be confused for an MEF.

bonepill

A term used on 4chan's /lgbt/ board to refer to the information that one will not pass as the gender they identify as on account of their bone structure. Individual bonepills include comparisons between male and female Q angles, skull size measurements, ribcage measurements, and other sexually dimorphic skeletal features.

I was considering facial feminization surgery until I took the bonepill and realized that my skull was too large to ever pass as female.

meta-sarcasm

The act of striking the balance between coming across as sarcastic and coming across as sincere, so it is unclear as to whether you are being sarcastic. Not to be confused with post-sarcasm (meta-irony is to post-irony as meta-sarcasm is to post-sarcasm) which is being sincere in message while coming across as sarcastic in form.

Michelle and I got in an argument yesterday, but I think we've resolved it - she seems calm about it. I asked if she wanted to hang out, and she replied, "Sure, I would love to hang out today😉". I think she might be playing Schroedinger's feeling concealment. I hate meta-sarcasm.

hatebox

The opposite of a hugbox. Any internet community or part of a community which either is naturally overly pessimistic and judgemental or strives to not be a hugbox and overcorrects. Can also be used as a verb in the same way as hugbox. Commonly used within the context of 4chan's /lgbt/ board and related communities to describe those communities themselves.

I posted a picture of myself to /passgen/ and was told I was a never-passer based on my skull size, but I'm stealth in real life. I think I'm being hateboxed.

fatmaxxing

A term used on 4chan's /lgbt/ board to refer to the technique of deliberately gaining weight in order to soften one's bone structure or accentuate features such as hips in the hopes that it will improve passing chances, a process typically (but not exclusively) undertaken by transfeminine individuals.

I thought my shoulder-to-hip ratio was going to be the death of me as far as passing goes but after fatmaxxing my hips have filled out enough to where it isn't an issue anymore.
