shkembe

One extremely spicy hot and for some people - gross Bulgarian soup.

Basically, it is a soup from animal (pig, caw, sheep) belly with shit loads of garlic with vinegar and paprika

- We were hammered yesterday man !
- Let's go to have some "shkembe" for breakfast !
