Any very massive and ugly building.

This refers to a person's head, usually in a crude or uncomplimentary way.
"Go soak your brain-box", is a common phrase for cooling off or calming down, and "He banged his addled brain-box on it" means a berk finally figured something obvious out.

Boxes and pieces, in 

Dead. This comes from either being in a coffin, or the obvious alternative.
"He's in boxes and pieces, in a coffin now, not in good shape at all..."

Boxed, getting 

Dead, getting. Being put in a coffin the hard way. Being murdered.
"Being boxed, getting put in the deadbook, that what's you get for crossing a drug cartel."

Overly cynical, said by many a rube about all city-slickers.
"That blood has been cynical since he was a toddler, he was born with a sneer..."

Bone-box 

The mouth, named because of its teeth, fangs or whatever.
"Stop rattling your bone-box", is telling a berk to lay off the threats or bragging.
