Simp 

A generic internet insult, replacing the largely defunct word "fag". Like its predecessor the term has a meaning, but is largely used to assert another individual is "lesser" in some respect or to harass or demean them.

Spicy oral challenge 

A contest where two individuals eat a spicy pepper and then perform oral sex until one of them can no longer continue

"I picked up some ghost Chili's, let's do the spicy oral challenge."
"Sure, loser buys dinner!"
