Contraction of the two words shit hemorrhage. More likely to pass in polite conversation than the full use of shit. Possibly thinking you misspoke, slurred or that they misheard what you said.

Shit hemorrhage, being that you are or they are uncontrollably shitting yourself with disbelief, rage, consternation...

Similar to the having of a a shit fit.

Pam is going to shemorrhage when I ask her to mover her precious truck to another parking place.

Back in the 80's there was a song called My Sharona. My Corona is a rhyming take off of that song. Along with the You Tube of the song "My Corona"

Hey did you see that song on YouTube song called My Corona Its a riot. It sounds familiar some how though. I have heard my parents my parents humming that tune and I know they don't listen to or watch You tube.
