Wannabe nigga. For most people they think it's based on white kids trying to act black. In fact it's someone who is so painfully not able to fit in with the rap culture.
Anyone can be a wigga.

Any slang that is so overused it becomes tired.
Also called - SubSlang
Derived in a satiric sense from the fact that anything middle-class and suburban is considered lame.

Fo'Shizzle has now become a good example of suburban slang.
