Laughing Annoyingly Loud. As in to laugh excruciatingly loud, perhaps without intention, to the point of annoying all others around. It is usually a very high pitched laugh.

It is a way to say owned which also implies that your action was, after a fashion, backward in mental or physical development - In other words a synonym for retarded actions that are, in fact cool!

The synonym/nickname to a type of shoe called The Wellington Boot. This type of shoe is mainly use din rainy/cold weather to keep ones shoes from getting wet and smelly.
