Get the Griping mug.The poseur didn't believe there was anybody out there who wasn't trying to take advantage of any oppurtunity they could, or try and walk over anybody they could, or that if there was somebody like that, they were doing it for the same reason he/she was, to win or make himself/herself look good/popular (or even outcast if that made him/her popular with other people that had been rejected by others, anything to keep himself/herself from ending up alone). The poseur didn't really believe there was such a thing as goodness, but knew how to manipulate people through organizations such as religious organizations by speaking a language that he/she thought people wanted to hear (such as there are good people out there or the world can change it's heart). The poseur never once thought that the world might not want it's heart changed for it, that the world thought it's heart was good the way it was, the poseur never once thought that because the poseur didn't give a fuck what people thought about anything, but desperately cared what people thought of him/her (despite saying the opposite, that he/she cared about people but not what they thought).

As with any divide in society, there are going to be people trying to play all sides of any divide, pretending to be friendly with all while not really being friendly with any.
He/she saw dollar signs in the coronavirus while everyone else saw either no choice but to follow orders, or a fight to keep from losing everything.

A governor doesn't really seem better at anything in particular than anybody else (any of his/her subjects), yet for some reason they tend to obey people like him/her without asking themselves why they keep doing it.

Get the Governor mug.If facebook is as harmful as some claim that it is, why would they wait 15 years after it started to make the claims? It's been the same company, same website with a few updates every now and then.
Facebook was never the healthiest way for someone to spend hours of their day, even back in 2008. So what is the point in waiting until 2021 to bring up what was obvious then. The reality is the user controls how much time they spend on Facebook, not Mark Zuckerburg or Facebook. If the user doesn't spend an unhealthy amount of time on facebook by using a little self control, then it's hard to see how facebook is inherently harmful. People once said the same thing about video games, and it works the same way, if the user spends hours of every day playing video games, of course they are creating health problems, both mental and physical. If the user has any self control, it's hard to see how video games are harming anybody.

The freedom fighter wanted everyone arrested (all the boys to the yard) and the town locked down with lies.
