The small piece of toilet paper that gets prematurely ripped off when one is trying to obtain toilet paper from the roll in an attempt to wipe one's ass - typically caused by a consumer who purchases cheap or subpar paper products.

I hate taking a shit at work because all I can grab from the toilet paper dispenser is one "sclitch" after another; it takes me forever to wipe!

Crustiz

"Crustiz" - the accumulation of dried up matter that forms at the tip of a moisturizer dispenser.

The "crustiz" from the moisturizer bottle got stuck in my pubic hair.
