Get the Balancemug. Casinos don't make anything better. Most of the people that lived in Detroit didn't leave because they didn't have a casino nearby, Detroit had deeper problems than that. So far nothing replaced the music industry that was there, and the auto industry started losing it's edge a long time ago. People most likely once thought it would never happen in Detroit, but Detroit is not the only place something like that can happen.
Casinos seem like a way the people in charge try to convince the people that live there that everything is okay and under control when in reality it's been in trouble for a long time, and the people in charge are ignoring it because they don't really give a fuck about anything but being in charge.

Get the Casinosmug. Stealing something from somebody (including a show) who would gladly give somebody something doesn't seem like an action with a lot of honor in it. Being indirect about it instead of straightforward makes somebody more of a liar than a thief.
They would've given him/her the show, as it said to do in the script, but he/she still insisted on a coup to steal the show. Stealing the show had always been his/her true intention, to get the best of any of the other guy there was.

Get the Stealing the showmug. Someone who gets people's hopes up with talk about unity and peace. Someone who gives people a false sense of morale, which doesn't really do anything for them.
At least if the guy/girl who wasn't a morale booster/motivator wasn't going to do anything for anybody else, he didn't lie to them to make them feel like everything was going to be better than it was. Lighting a fire under somebody's ass is really just a way to get somebody else do what you want them to do, or be in line with your agenda, and being a morale booster/motivator is not much different.
