Hornet's nest

A group of people or a place these people engage in a confrontation of interests, land, politics, or ideas with a larger, more powerful group.
The city was called a hornet's nest of rebellion by a general of the British empire, so he didn't come back without his troops, and still faced defeat.

Turn your back

The girl gladly turned her back on suffering if there were no donations or dollar signs involved, as she held nothing sacred enough not to turn her back on it. She said she wouldn't when they asked her would you turn your back?

Conversion

Where's your conversion van if you're a religious cult bent on converting? A minivan isn't spacious enough to get anything done to some asshole with a death wish.

Childhood

Childhood was never innocence, it was just the time people were closer to who they really are. Expensive cars and clothes can disguise a person, but they dont make a person. People who try to change from who they were growing up are really trying to disguise who they were growing up.
Expensive cars and clothes dont make a person more real, a poser can buy an expensive car, clothes, or a motorcycle just like anybody else. Who somebody is in an expensive car doesn't tell you who they were growing up during their childhood.

Innocent

Theres no such thing as innocent people, it sounds too good to be true because it is. There are no innocent people of any race, sex, orientation, or group, everybody has done something human, everybody has made mistakes. There are only people not guilty of crimes they've been accused of, it's not the same thing as innocence, it never was. What protestors dont want to hear is that everybody has it coming, whether it's coming back to you as payback, or whether it's coming to you for somebody or something you got back at somebody else for. There is nobody of any race who doesn't deserve pain, theres really just what extent they need to suffer to. George Floyd didnt deserve to die, that doesn't mean he deserved to live a pain free, trauma free life because he was innocent, it just means he didnt do enough to justify killing him, kind of like many of the Confederate soldiers didnt do enough to get their statues dishonored, since not all of them were involved in the slave trade.
There are no innocent people, and anybody who thinks they dont deserve to suffer is someone I think deserves to suffer as much as everybody else.
