A guy or girl that hit puberty twice in life. Finished half of puberty then at a later point finished the rest.
Karen had a split puberty. Her first puberty she hit at 9 and quit because she didn't like her tits. After years of drama and abuse by her husband, she decided she was ready for something different. So she hit a second puberty at 57 and became a woman,grew her bush all the way out and had her first baby. She was bipubescent her whole life and didn't know what was wrong with herself.

When a girl fucks a guy she feels sorry for, like he's her cousin from the side of the family who all died in a car accident when he was 3 months old. Or like an orphan, some kid with no family. Girls have sex with a guy like this thinking it will make the guy less likely to stalk or rape, when in reality this is the sort of attention a rapist or stalker dreams of. Likelihood of heinous sex crime victimization actually increases after a sympathy fuck.

Gary often shocked people with his language and the subjects he talked about made people think the guy was balls to the wall about everything, every day. Really though Gary is softhearted deep down, and tends to think the rest of the world feels his pain, even when most people are feeling no pain. He asked them all how does it feel and nobody really knew what to say because they really didn't know how it felt.
