MGM

Male genital mutilation. Not as frequent since the Middle Ages, male genital mutilation is self explanatory, mutilation of the male genitals. John Bobbitt is one of few Americans who underwent MGM in recent history, if there are any other Americans who underwent MGM.

MGM is not something that happens much since the Middle Ages and medieval torture devices.

Hooking a battery up to a guys genitals could be considered MGM. Hugo Spadafora underwent MGM before being slowly beheaded. MGM remains popular in many countries outside the Western World as a way of making people tell them what you know.

I guess MGM is okay with females, unlike females men are assholes so they deserve to get their genitals mutilated.

Ruler recount

When two guys measure their dicks and the measurement is too close to accurately determine which one wins the dick measuring contest, you have a ruler recount to get a reading down to the nearest millimeter, or micrometer if you have a way to determine a reading closer than a millimeter reading. Guys don't get anything for participating or improving in a dick measuring contest.

Guy 1-How many micrometers larger did you tell me your dick was? I gotta get a ruler recount I'm not taking your word for it.
Guy 2- .06 micrometers read it and weep you son of a bitch its been 2 hrs and 32 minutes since we started the contest and we had to get the equipment and calibrate it to get this reading. You owe me a drink.
Guy 1- You held your dick the way you'd get as many extra micrometers as possible, you do shit like that, I'm not giving up that easy!

Ruler ref

The guy who tells both contestants how small their dicks are in comparison to the portion of the male population who doesn't participate in the dick measuring contest, but not until after the contest is over and measurements have been recounted to the micrometer.

Guy 1-The ruler ref doesn't know who won, he says we both have a small dick in comparison to most males. That's not gonna stop me from finding out who won by the next recount.
Guy 2- You know me, I'm gonna do this anyway I gotta know.
Guy 1- I gotta know myself.

Doesn't know what to say when a measurement turns out to be too close to call.

Ruler ref-Well, I didn't think this would ever happen, but your dicks look the same size. I might not be reading accurately, but they're really close. I didn't think I would ever get readings this close, then again I didn't think I'd ever referee a dick measuring contest, and here I am doing that.
