What welfare is, and what the freeloaders seek. Niggers be having that assisted housing, but they got enough money for a 60-inch flat screen TV, an Escalade with rims that cost more than most sedans, cable TV, internet, smart phones, other fancy things that most people can't afford, and plenty of beer and cigarettes.
