I do not see any difference between Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and Timothy Mcveigh; both were terrorists and American citizens. Dzhokhar needs to AFAP have (...) "his body torn apart by lupara blasts (at Boston's FBI office)" in order to pay for his crimes and then suffer a Mussolini-string nearest the explosion site at the Boston Marathon Bombing.
