This is a word often used to describe an individual (more specifically a lower-income female from the inner city) that is loud, tacky, boisterous, and not used to the finer things in life.
TaShaNe is truly a tackhead. She went to red lobster and asked in a loud ghetto voice for an order of "scrimp." After that, the tackhead asked "Do ya'll take EBT cards up in here."
