Knife Booger 

A booger (dried nasal mucus) that gets hard and sharp enough to stab or cut the inside of your nostril. It can result in pain and sometimes a nosebleed.

"Dude your nose is bleeding, what's wrong with you?"

"The low humidity today gave me a really bad knife booger and it cut me when I was trying to pick it out."

To reference a pair of breast implants in a woman.

This is in reference to the murdered model identified through her breast implant serial numbers.

ex: "Wow did you see the set of serial numbers on that girl?"

A woman's vagina (taco) that is still bleeding from menstruation (lava flow).

I wouldn't go down on her all weekend because she had that lava taco.
