Liberal code language for "the lower class".
On-the-scene-reporter #1- "This is just one of seven food lines in greater Los Angeles, all of which are literally the only thing standing between the hunger of thousands of food insecure persons and the McDonalds that they were driving to."

On-the-scene-reporter #2- "That's right Lauren, and as we can see by the size of this line of Escalades and BMWs lined up to go through the window to receive their life-saving sustenance for the minute that there are dozens, maybe even hundreds of hungry, food-insecure people right here in this very neighborhood."
