your face is cancer
An expression way to common than it needs to be. It is used by scrubs who think they're funny and cool. The manner in which the scrubs use it is supposed to mean "Your ugly and I'm better than you!" but instead has the reverse effect.
Bob: Jessica, your face is cancer!

eye crusty
The little boogers that form in the corners of your eyes. Most commonly referred to as 'eye boogers' but 'eye crusty' is used by the most coolest people.

When you try to play chess with your grandma, and she doesn't know a thing about it. She calls the pawn 'the pawny guy' and you face palm so hard you duplicate yourself.
