The special Ed kid keeps leaving us Texas Rattlesnakes in the bathroom. Nobody knows when he's doing it, but I think he's makin em at night.

Woo

A nice simple, concise, mild acknowledgment of a positive development. Meant to convey solidarity with another person sharing the development. A stronger form among people who use 'woo' would be to use a modifier like 'Big Woo' to step up the acknowledgement a bit.

Guy1: Hey, I just got a McDonalds Monopoly piece I didn't have before.
Girl1: Woo.

Guy2: I'm not going have to dip into savings this week to make rent.
Girl2: Woo.

Girl3: My boss told me I might be up for a promotion in 3 months.
Guy3: Woo.
