A fatbody who uses TikTok to portray a false image of a healthy lifestyle through body positivity. Usually, they selectively show eating healthy foods or working out. In reality, they only do it for views and continue their unhealthy living habits.

TikToker A: Did you see that small business owner on TikTok? She's turning her life around by going to the gym and eating more healthily.

TikToker B: You have to look deeper. It's just a FatToker. They'll be dead before they're 40.
