Schlaftrunken

A rarely used German adjective commonly used by old people to describe the State of sleep deprivation where one begins to seem as if under the influence of alcohol!

Person1: I haven’t slept in two days now but i am feeling amazing! Im not tired at all anymore!! Do you wanna go to the park??
Person2: its 3 am we cant go to the park dude!! Du bist schlaftrunken, take a nap!

A person that will not stop talking about something that is interesting to them!!

Person 1: Have you talked to Henry lately?
Person 2: Barely of anything other that Star Wars! He just will not stop yapping!

A host of a Tabletop role-playing game such as DnD that is ill-prepared, organizing the game poorly and/or simply being dumb.
Jokingly said to generally good dms having a bad day, or as an actual insult to an idiot Dm ruining the game.

Player: Im going to attack this guy!
Dm: Uhhh okay, roll for persuasion
Player: what?? That doesnt make sense, you dumbgeon master
