Used allot among a group of people on efnet as a reply to "thanks for *".

Means "bend over please".
Not very commonly used by people on irc to tell eachother to bend over.
Most of the time just for fun.

Short for "Hi to you too" commonly used by people on irc as a reply on hi2u (Hi to you).

hiplz

Means "Hi please".
Commonly used by a crew also known as MF and is mostly just a very lame way to say hi in a channel on irc.

This can mean the person wants someone to say hi back to him/her but can also just mean hi.
