Someone who is extremely selfish with his/her weed (hedges). This individual will almost never smoke anyone else up (even close friends) and will not sell to anyone either. Also does not appreciate people knowing/asking about how much weed he/she may have.

Also describes someone who has a tendency to bogart when smoking.
