This is where you get mindfucked by something shocking or awesome, but then it turns out to be wrong or fake etc. so you get rewindmindfucked (the mindfuck is undone)

Steve: Janick, did you know that there are actually 8 continents, not 7?
Janick: What?! No way! Mindfuck...
Steve: Nah I'm just kidding there's only 7...
Janick: Well that's a rewindmindfuck...

burnout band

This is the term used for a band that didn't last very long in the limelight. They probably had their 15 minutes of fame and then split up, or abused drugs, or killed themselves, who knows. This is the term for any band that died out quickly.

Girl: "Why haven't One Direction released anything lately?"
Boy: "Because they split up, they're such a burnout band"
