A PPB is a professional polite bitch. Someone who comes off as polite and professional, but also has a condescending and rude attitude/demeanor.
This customer service representative I spoke with really did not care about my situation, but she was definitely a PPB (Professional Polite Bitch). Props to her for holding up.

A relationship that is bound to expire, destined to expire, planned to expire, known it will end/expire, in other words, you know that the relationship will end whether it's because it's toxic or you have to part ways at a certain point/date in time. It can also be a relationship that has expired but is minimally maintained.
