Jeff Marjama: When you call a band Swedish you might as well be calling it viking rock/metal. They are not death metal. They lack most elements of even a vaguely death metal band.
If you wanted to get technical, asshole, you could say Amon Amarth are Swedish Viking/Folk/Black metal
