A person that is such an ass as to comprise an entire basket of asses.

Bob: Your boss made you work late again?
Dave: Yeah, my boss is a real ass-basket!

A small amount of money, usually hourly wages. More than earning dick, but not by much.

John: So, how much do you earn at the theater?
Mark: A whopping dick.50 an hour!

dick-five-o

A cop that thinks that he/she is cool or hip, ala Hawaii Five O, but of course is not. Also useful for cops that are stuck in 70's fashion.

While hanging out at the mall:
"Oh great, here comes dick-five-o again!"

A reference to the Coneheads movie. To take on a daunting task with failure a likely possibility.

"If you are going to ask her out on a date, then you might as well Snarfle the Garthok."
