ꙮ, or the Multiocular O, is a letter that only appeared in one Cyrillic text, and was used when talking about a Multi-Eyed Angel called a Seraphim.
So it's basically if a Biblically Accurate Angel was a letter.
Also it probably invokes trypꙮphꙮbia for at least a few people.

серафими многоꙮчитїй translates to "many-eyed seraphim"
