The contents of a container or something being transported. Can refer to the cargo of a truck or other transport vehicle as well as the semen located in the male testicles.

bullet time

A highly sophisticated slow motion special effect technique used to show a bullet in flight. The action is slowed down to show the bullet traveling as it passes through the air. The bullet emits tracer rings to show its path and to show it tearing through the air. This technique was pioneered and made popular in the science-fiction film The Matrix. This technique has since been used in many movies and video games including Max Payne, Metal Gear Solid 2, and Charlie's Angels to name a few examples.

all that and a bag of chips

To mean that a person is all that and more. Usually it is an opinion and the only one who thinks it is that person. Other people usually don't believe the person is "all that and a bag of chips." The word chips can be replaced by almost any other word. Such as “all that and a bag of cookies.” Or “all that and a bag of candy.” Just to name a couple.

"That bitch thinks she is all that and a bag of chips."

ROM Beggar

A person who is into emulation of some form and begs people for the ROMs needed to play games on an emulator. They are usually too stupid and/or too lazy to search for the ROMs themselves and result to begging other people for them. They are incredibly annoying and usually piss people off in the process of begging.

"That idiot is such a ROM beggar!"

"ROM beggars suck!"

Term to describe an amount of crack cocaine. It gets the name because the shape of it because it looks like a small rock.

San Andreas

A fictionalized version of the state of California in the Grand Theft Auto/ GTA video/computer games. Named after the San Andreas Fault. Originally San Andreas was only a city in the original Grand Theft Auto game from 1997 and was the second city you were able to play in. However for the next game Rockstar has made San Andreas into an entire state consisting of three major cities(Los Santos, San Fierro, and Las Venturas) with various small backwater towns and countryside scattered in-between the major cities.

"San Andreas was one of the three cities in the original GTA."

"San Andreas is going to own when it gets released!"

"He moved from Florida and now lives in San Andreas."
