Abbreviation for private investigator. Often hired by people to get information of somebody else's activities or to solve crimes that the police for one reason or another won't investigate themselves.

IRL

Abbreviation for "In Real Life." Often used in internet chat rooms to let people you are talking about something in the real world and not in the internet world. Also can be used to differentiate between an actor/actress and the character they play.

"I totally hate that guy IRL!" (Internet)

"I fucked that whore IRL!" (Internet)

"He/she does not live in New York IRL." (Actor/Actress)

Any object that be inserted into a female's vagina and shot back out with the use of various muscles in a female's thigh/vagina area.

all that and a bag of chips

To mean that a person is all that and more. Usually it is an opinion and the only one who thinks it is that person. Other people usually don't believe the person is "all that and a bag of chips." The word chips can be replaced by almost any other word. Such as “all that and a bag of cookies.” Or “all that and a bag of candy.” Just to name a couple.

"That bitch thinks she is all that and a bag of chips."

What you do when your girlfriend gets out of line. Basically giving her a pimp slap when she acts up.

bottle neck

A problem of some kind. Refers to the neck of a bottle because it is narrower than the rest of the bottle and less liquid can flow through it at one time. The flow can also be of data when talking about computers or procedure or productivity when used in a business meaning. The term can be used to describe various problems such computer problems and business problems to name a couple.

"That video card is a piece of crap, it is nothing but bottle neck after bottle neck with it." Refers to a computer problem.

"This computer can only handle 512 megs of RAM, that is a huge bottle neck." Refers to a computer problem.

"The old phone transfer system was causing major bottle necks in our productivity, I'm glad the replaced it." Refers to a business problem.

"The fact that this copier can only hold 100 sheets at a time is a major bottle neck." Refers to a business problem.
