The act or art of holding negotiations during one's menstrual cycle. A tactic typically used for credit card over charges, bill collection calls, or getting your male counterpart to agree to anything.

Once a month, my wife and I have and lengthy menstrigation. After which, I am generally broke, apologetic and bearing gifts.
