Tri-Curious 

A person who signs up for their first Sprint distance Triathlon to see if they will like it, do well and maybe challenge themselves with longer triathlon distances.

I haven't done a triathlon but would love to be bad ass enough to do an Ironman. I'm not sure I am going to like it, but I signed up on a relay team because I am Tri-Curious.

Ragnes

A woman who is Patron Saint to kick ass females.

A cross between Ragnar of Viking legendry and St Agnes Patron Saint of wimpy women. Agnes smiles at her victims and then easily beats them with her polite comments then incredible athleticism and surprising strength.

During the 200 mile relay race she was able to Ragnes her way past 37 other runners who she left in the dust. Fifteen of them were men, many were not sure if they should salute her prowess, or cry and be picked up on the side of the road.

Homance 

When a group of ladies all share a passion for the same activity and form a close connection as a result. This "sisterhood" may include token males, but they are less likely be welcome to be homantic with the ladies, as this would risk continuing to be welcome in the homance.

The woman and the dude in that van doing this years Ragnar Relay Race sure seem to be close to each other. They cheer for one another, sleep on each other, and smack each others ass after each leg. It seems like they are definitely caught in a bad ass homance.

mitsu-she-blee 

Woman who lives by her own home grown passions and beliefs, typically has a tune bouncing through her head, always has one on the car radio. Car is generally not hoity toity. A Mitsubishi or other which shows she thinks for herself and doesn't follow. She is aware of the male onlookers and that she is total MILF material, but still drives away with indifference bopping to her freshly ripped CD playing only what she wants to hear.
Mixes well with everybody but some how feels apart.

My totally mitsu-she-blee 40 something friend didn't have time to celebrate her birthday. She grooved through the day rollerblading, rearranging her furniture, shoe shopping and going for ice cream with her teenagers.
