tree feeder

"Appreciate everyone even if it is just by virtue of the fact that the carbon dioxide they exhale feeds the trees".

i.e. Person whose only contribution to the world is that the air they breathe out feeds the trees.

Oh my word Susan, Jessica is such a tree feeder.
