Cruiser 

A person who is non-self motivated, lazy, never taking responsibility and expecting to be kept up or supported by someone else. An individual 'who relies on another for basic necessities, who expects others to provides their needs and wants. One who doesn't "bring anything to the table", but expects to reap the same benefits as contributing persons.

Person A. Did you see dude just walk in the door and sit down at the table and start eating?

Person B. Yeah, he's sposed to be a friend, but just takes advantage of everyone's good graces like that. A real cruiser.

The profit made after the sale of an item or subject, after all expenses have been figured in.

I bought a dozen vacuums at clearance for $45 each and resold them at $90 each. The buyer is paying all s&h so I got $660 dinner.

Get Out 

A term used to describe escape or relief from a situation.

My friend: You really came through that bout of pneumonia really well.

Me: Yeah, there's really no "get out" from this miserable life.

My friend: looks like you recovered from that bout of pneumonia pretty well.

Me: Yeah, looks like there's no "get out" from this miserable life for me.
