A gotcha that's only applicable when the other person's attempt to surprise has failed.

Person 1: I took your phone man. Gotcha
Person 2: I already sold your, counter-gotcha.

Short for "Ba." It's when something is so badass that the truncated form of badass (ba) isn't even applicable. It has to be only uttered as "The B Word"
