Instead of I’ll pass, one would say I’ll take a Pasadena on that
When playing cards, and offered additional cards, one would say, ‘I’ll take a Pasadena on that’.
When offered something that you would not desire, say, ‘I’ll take a Pasadena on that ‘Do it Yourself Appendectomy Kit’.

I’ll take a Pasadena 

When playing cards or being served something that one doesn’t wish. Reply. ‘I‘ll take a Pasadena on that’.
I’ll take a Pasadena on that, means the same as pass.

Instead of just a pass, one would say this.

Instead of saying Man-o-nan! I like bacon on my bagel. Man-o-Manischewitz!!
