Someone who manages a prostitute or prostitutes, but does not care about their overall well being. He working her like a bag of drugs for financial gain that he will use to benefit himself only. The woman or women that are with him get the bare minimum financially off of their own earnings that he claims mainly for himself. This type of behavior is frowned upon by the upper echelon of the African-American pimp community.

Someone who has the potential to be a successful, but for some reason incorporates drug dealing, retail fraud, armed robbery, etc. into his program to maintain a more financially lucrative experience in the street. Macks typically do this openly and proudly, where fake pimps do it in secret while proclaiming all revenue accrued came from a prostitute(s). The former is more favorable than the later, however, both styles of Izm are frowned upon by the upper echelon of the pimp community.

The concept of a pimp secretly dealing drugs, engaging in fraud, armed robbery, home invasion, etc. to main his flash and glamour as if all of his money came from the earnings of prostitutes. Doing this openly is referred to as "macking". However, real pimps don't do any type of hustling because pimping is a lifestyle, not a hustle. Pimps look down on both "mixing it to fix it" and "macking" because it is not considered true Izm.
