The idea of a euphoric like state induced by the retrieval of internal stimulus of thoughts, memories and past feelings. Can be exacerbated under the influence of drugs.

Ecphorious

Ecphorious is a suffixed version of Ecphoria which is a sensation that occurs when you are retrieving information in the brain such as memories and experience a somewhat euphoric state induced by internal information.
