My civac got 192k on it, no a/c and the CV joints click in every turn, but it still gets 45 mpg!

A penis deflater for the ricer population. Used to measure a car's true Wheel Horsepower (WHP).

Shit mang, my civac only put down 110 HP on the dyno after installing my CAI, that's only 1 more HP than before!
