A person used by a friend or associate to pass on information, that the user doesn't want to tell to the intended recipients face personally.

Recipient "dude, you're my best friend what did she say?!"
Mule "grrr....She said she really likes you but i'm not allowed to tell you!"
Recipient "grrr, you're emotional mule!"

As per the infamous 'Grammar Nazi', a 'Jargon Nazi' is forced to correct any person in ear shot, who incorrectly uses jargon or terminology to describe anything, anytime, and anywhere.
