Basic Basses
Basic Basses is defined as a person who plays bass in a band. They are known by the bands name or recognized at a show, but do not the the notoriety that a lead singer of drummer may have.
Basic Basses as defined above: " I love that band ______, Eddie the singer is so hot, and the basses is ok too. But I can never remember his name, he's just a basic basses.

groupie syndrome
When a person in the local music scene has a self inflated belief of entitlement, be it known or unknown to them. They tend to act, as if things are owed to them with out any reciprocation of gratitude. This belief spreads to all areas of their lives, being friend, family or strangers.
Example of groupie syndrome as defined above: "My friend, who plays bass in a local band, hardly ever says thank you for favors. He feels like people should want to do things for him, like everyone is his groupie"

Syphighoneherpalitus
Cold or flu like symptoms that are non existent. Affects mostly men and is usually exaggerated to be far worse then what it is.
