This occurs when 3 or more men and 1 or fewer women are laying on the same bed in an upstairs apartment in Jamesburg, NJ. It is named this because of the large variety of man-meats to choose from

we all woke up hungry with a hangover, but soon our bellies were full from the Jamesburg Smorgasbord.

McPhlegm

Its that thick phlegm that developes after eating at McDonalds. Its kinda like a warm thick shake. Happens from the orange drink quite often.
